Absolutely horrible customer service. REFUSED TO EXCHANGE DEAD WORMS THAT DIED OVERNIGHT I BOUGHT FROM THEM. I bought hornworms for my bearded dragon and the next morning I find quite a few dead ones in the container. I inspect after I see some exploded and notice that the container didnt have air holes (which it normally does). I called them right away and they said they would exchange them. I get to the store. First thing they do is counted the worms and said because there are 20 still alive we wont return them. I asked for Chris the manager because thats who I spoke to on phone who said he would exchange them. He says "THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS". I told him I wasn't comfortable feeding my dragon worms that had been in the same container as dead ones. He didnt care at all and reaffirmed me thats not how it works at his store. I told him once agin i didnt want to feed them to my dragon if they were with dead ones. This is absolutely crazy that a pet store owner wouldn't care about disease that other worms are spreading. He then gave me a cloth lid with holes and handed me back my container of dead exploded worms to feed my dragon. MIND BLOWING to me. He simply could have exchanged th

I took my snake here when I needed advice after my cat fell in his snake and scared him half to death. He stopped eating on and off for a year! They helped me out with kindness when I was at my wits end and thought I was a horrible owner. He just needed some more encouragement and a new regimen they gave me advice for his enclosure and feedings and he's never been better free of charge! Such a dedicated and loving place for all reptile enthusiasts. Pictures are of my snake Minus a few months later after taking there advice he was able to handled again and eating on a weekly basis!
